When you access the website, information transmitted by your browser is automatically stored in server log files: IP address, date and time, page accessed, referrer URL, browser type, and operating system. This data is technically necessary to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with the hosting provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This page uses SSL\/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the "https:\/\/" and the padlock symbol in the address bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Contact via email and contact form<\/strong>
When you contact me via the contact form or by email, I process your information (name, email address, subject, and message) to answer your inquiry. The legal basis for this is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), as well as my legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time by sending an email to kontakt@ben2go.de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I use the WPForms plugin for this form. Your message will be forwarded to me via email and will not be stored in the website's database. No data will be transferred to external services. To protect against spam, the system tracks how quickly the form was completed. No cookies are set for this purpose. I will delete your request as soon as it is processed and there are no legal retention requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Comments<\/strong>
When you write a comment, your name, email address, optionally your website, the comment text, date and time, and your IP address will be stored. The IP address is used to prevent abuse and spam (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Your email address will not be published. Comments will remain stored until you request their deletion or I remove them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
